If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a free replacement of the same size/design/color by reporting the issue within 30 days of delivery (order ID and photo proof of issue required).  No exchanges for a different size/style/design or color are permitted.  A refund of the product price will only be issued if an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address.  No returns supported.
